This means:

• Armor Agents will be dedicated to Buyers/Sellers for the entire transaction, all the way to closing, and will NOT “hand off” the completion of the sale or purchase to a transaction coordinator, another team member or someone you don’t even know.
• Armor Agents will NOT charge a “transaction” fee to Buyers/Sellers because agents are compensated at closing by the Seller-paid commission.
• Armor Agents will be familiar with every facet of the transaction and will answer — or find answers — to Buyer/Seller questions in a timely manner.
• Armor Agents will liaison with multiple industry service providers throughout the transaction, such as title companies, inspectors, and lenders, to help reduce stress for Buyers/Sellers and facilitate closing on-time.
• Armor Agents will not rush you. This is about providing dedicated, expert, and thorough service to Buyer/Sellers, as long as it takes.
