Susan Gwynn

After graduating from Florida State University, Susan Gwynn pursued a career in teaching while raising her family in Tallahassee. She has three children and is married to George Gwynn, a local attorney. She has been active leader and volunteer with the Friends of the Leroy Collins Public Library, Junior League of Tallahassee and her church.

She began her career in real estate in 2006. Her professional leadership roles have included: Professional Development Committee member (Chairman for 3 years), Multiple Listing Service Committee (2011 – present), Director on the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, 2013 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors and 2014 Women’s Council Secretary.

Susan Gwynn has attained professional designations of TBR Leadership Academy (CLG), Short Sale Specialist (SFR) and is a certified Choose Tallahassee realtor. Susan has spent her entire adult life in Tallahassee, and her deep involvement in the community makes her uniquely qualified to offer expertise in the local real estate market. Her professional knowledge and her close relationship with her community will make the home buying or selling experience successful and enjoyable!
