I loved buying our home with Ricky! We were moving from out of town, and he was persistent with extra legwork for us when we couldn’t physically be present. He worked day and night to ensure everything was done promptly. Our lender, our banker, our title company all commented on how polite and how thorough he was. He is so kind and professional. His vibrant personality has afforded him with many contacts throughout Tallahassee to get business completed with a great team he has built. He repeatedly proved he goes above and beyond for you, even at all hours of the day. During negotiations, he was quick, problem solving, and was very efficient with progression to finalize an accepted contract. He offered up his suggestions and expertise which took what could have been stressful and tedious situations to very effective and actually enjoyable. For such a big undertaking, I never felt overwhelmed or tasked. We were truly spoiled with all his leg work and timeliness. Ricky made us his priority and made buying our home fun. He will always be our realtor.
